This is an illustrative application scenario, not a customer story or an offered managed stack. An illustrative import that limits parallel work, records source changes and stops before it overwhelms the application. Give the import a finite batch, concurrency and stop condition. Preserve source timestamp and record count so a rerun can be explained without silently duplicating state.
Run one bounded workflow
Schedule a source pull with a fixed batch limit, checkpoint and concurrency of one in the first rehearsal. Compare input count, accepted records and rejected records before advancing the checkpoint.
Test the failure and return path
On malformed input, stop only the affected batch and preserve the source reference. Re-run a synthetic batch to prove the checkpoint does not silently drop or double-import rows.
Leave a focused handover
Record the component owner, UTC exercise window, artifact or configuration revision, observed result and next review trigger. Link the selected profile and server-country decision from the operating record instead of copying commercial facts into this scenario.
