The checkout displays the selected asset and network, full receiving address and calculated amount. It does not associate a transfer with an order or process refunds. A payment-support contact has not yet been published.
No assumed refund promise
Refund eligibility, cancellation windows, renewal handling, applicable consumer rights and the seller’s procedures have not been supplied. No money-back guarantee is published.
Exceptions require a published process
The process for expired quotes, late transfers, wrong networks, underpayments, overpayments, duplicate transactions and network fees remains to be confirmed. A fixed receiving address may continue to receive funds after a quote expires; expiry does not disable that blockchain address.
Confirmation and delivery are separate
This page does not report verified payment or delivery status. A transaction hash entered in a browser cannot establish payment confirmation.
