Generating payment details does not provision or host a workload. The applicable acceptable-use policy must identify the seller, infrastructure supplier and governing service agreement.
Responsible operation
Plan to secure your application and access credentials, maintain software, respect intellectual property and privacy, and operate within applicable law and the final supplier rules. A VPS does not make abusive or unlawful activity permissible.
Copyright complaints and DMCA notices
A DMCA notice alone does not trigger automatic suspension or disclosure of customer data. Copyright complaints are assessed under applicable law, and substantiated complaints may require action. This policy is not permission to infringe copyright or a promise that complaints are ignored.
Applicable legal process
PrivacyNodes complies with legally binding process applicable in Panama, including international procedures recognized there. Requests must be assessed for their legal basis and scope. Panama-based operation is not a guarantee that only a Panamanian judge can require action, or that a foreign request can never have effect.
Rules still to be published
The owner must confirm restrictions on spam, malicious software, unauthorized access, network attacks, resource abuse, and any supplier-specific workloads. Abuse reporting, investigation, suspension, appeal, and data-retrieval procedures must be described in the final policy.
No immunity claims
PrivacyNodes makes no promise of anonymity, immunity from legal process, or untraceable operations. Technical control of an application does not remove the operator’s responsibilities.
