Write the decision before changing the system
This guide is a planning exercise for an application operator. It does not represent a PrivacyNodes deployment, support action or measured customer result. List the API process, database, worker, release overlap and recovery material in one worksheet. Select a profile only after that worksheet has a reserve; a plan allocation does not predict requests per second.
Rehearse the change with controlled inputs
Confirm the server country, Linux image and billing period, then read the exact asset/network, full address, amount and UTC expiry. Save the local reference beside the workload record; it is not a payment confirmation or delivery event.
Use synthetic requests and test identities while checking the change. Do not expose secrets or customer data in a command, log excerpt or support note.
Verify the outcome and record the remaining limit
After a transfer, retain wallet-side evidence privately and wait for the server-side process that has not yet been connected to this frontend. Do not resend merely because a local quote expired.
Capture UTC time, artifact or configuration revision, redacted symptoms and the next owner.
Read the crypto quote as a separate record
Confirm asset and network, full receiving address, exact amount, quoted USD total, rate timestamp, UTC expiry and local reference. Standard signup asks for an email contact and no identity documents. The checkout uses fixed receiving addresses, Kraken public rates and a quote valid for exactly one hour. A QR contains the address only. A local reference is not a verified payment, registered order or provisioned VPS.
